This 4 acre farm has been in the family for generations. Currently the two men farm this land together and as the years go by the son will take on more of the harder physical tasks.

Coffee brings cash to this poor family, and they understand that good farming practices yield a better crop which generates more revenue. They also farm beans, cassava, onions and maize.

What is remarkable about this duo is the pure joy they exude in what they do. Joseph says that he cannot imagine another life for himself. He has been to the city but refused an opportunity to stay. He loves farming and loves the land. He is where he belongs.
